Our proprietary
technology, SuperConvection™, cuts
thermal cycling times to seconds,
enabling 40 cycle qPCR in 15-20
minutes including melt point analysis
(see Fast
PCR). High Resolution Melting
(HRM) analysis is done in 3 minutes.
Capillette simplifies
and speeds up PCR reaction setup
while AmpXpress and QuanTyper-48
speeds up the PCR run. Capillette
is emptied by centrifugation and,
therefore, fits particularly well
with AmpXpress and QuanTyper-48,
where high speed centrifugation
delivers the PCR reagents directly
at the start of the run.
