Cardio Solutions is a leading distributor and sales agent of Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Electrophysiology and Interventional Cardiology products that serve both the British and Irish Healthcare Systems.

Healthcare 21 is one of Northern Europe’s largest privately-owned healthcare companies with operations across Ireland, the UK, Germany and Austria. They are a leading provider of sales, marketing, customer service, engineering service and logistics for a variety of market leading global medtech manufacturers.

AHCF were asked by the shareholders of Cardio Solutions to run a sale process in September of 2019 with an off market deal being completed in March 2020.
