As part of the transaction, the shareholders retained a minority stake in 18 Weeks Support, reflecting their confidence in the platform going forward.

Backed by growth equity firm Summit Partners, the acquisition of Medical Clinics Limited marks a strategic expansion of 18 Weeks Support's service offering into dermatology and community-based care.
